I sent my mother here for respite care, in my opinion this place is one of the worse for you to send anyone. They didn't give my mother her medications, she went in perfectly good, nothing wrong other than her having Alzheimer's disease. She came home, went through her medications to see they only gave her maybe one to two days of her medicine. She came home with a pressure sore on her ankle, and they never took care of her bottom, when she came home, she smelled of something, I had no idea what the smell was, but going through her belongings I found a small can of body spray that I never sent. I think they just sprayed her down and sent her home. Now, I'm not sure yet because I haven't received a call to whom was at fault, but they sent her home as ambulatory, she's not ambulatory, she needs a wheelchair, but they sent her home in a van, and with her walker. My mother is on hospice, I sent her on blind faith, but my eyes are wide open now. This place looks beautiful, but don't be deceived by the looks. They in my opinion could care less about patients. Extremely disappointed in this place.

My  wife was recently a short term care patient  after having lung cancer surgery. The nursing and aide staff for the most part were very  bad. Not answering her call button, speaking to her in a  very rude manner,not cleaning the commode after use. I had to do that. Moving her personal items out of her reach. Moving her  in/out of bed and touching the surgery area causing her much pain. On the weekends there sometimes only one nurse and one aide. I would not recommend this facility to anyone.
