I have never used a home care until my mom needed help after her surgery. When I contacted BrightStar the night before the surgery, I expected to reach an answering machine but was happy to speak with an office member. The BrightStar member helped me find someone to assistance my mom the next day during the hours I was not available. The caregiver was very friendly and helpful during the days she needed to recover.

Staff at Brightstar is great. DON Julie went over what to expect with my grandma during this difficult time. She was really compassionate and assessable with any questions we had.
