I called in this morning to follow up my daughter's medication refill, and a pharmacist I was talking to hang up on me when I was asking her name. I was asking about how to request an refill order from the Dr. My daughter's medication is good for today and there was no order yet from the Dr. I do admit that I am stressed out because of the fact that my daughter will have no medication the next day. Very bad costumer service and i was passed down from one person to another and I dont deserve this. They know its the last refill this month and they should request for a refill long time ago to avoid this near miss. I will never go to this Pharmacy anymore.

I was traveling in California on business from NY and forgot my medicine (and didn't have a car). I had my doctor call in a prescription and they delivered it to me!! Felicia talked to me on the phone and was so very sweet and helpful and the driver was so friendly! They really helped me!!! Highly recommended! Thank you SO MUCH!!!! :)
