I went to Passport Health San Mateo yesterday and met up with Jessica. I was greeted with lots kindness. I have never been to a travel clinic before and had no idea what to expect. I was pleasantly surprised and felt very comfortable. I was thoroughly explained what I was to do for my trip and was well informed. Overall had a wonderful experience at Passport Health thanks to Jessica.

My family and I made an appointment with Jessica today as we are planning a trip to Southeast Asia.  The overall experience was excellent.  Jessica did a treat job explaining not only the recommended medications and vaccinations that we would receive but also gave valuable tips on ways to minimize the risk of disease and infection.  Give the amount of information to cover and the vaccinations, the whole visit was conducted very efficiently.  Definitely would recommend.

Jessica was very thorough in covering the potential needs we might have for our upcoming trip.  While we have traveled extensively where immunizations are de rigor, it was good to get a refresher on current issues and preventive measures.  We covered a lot of ground in a short period and she followed up immediately on her action items.  We recommend Jessica anytime you have the need.  Bonus-we didn't need any new shots for this trip!

I was very impressed with the professional and very thorough travel briefing I received when I visited this location. The process was very efficient, I received my vaccine shots, and I was done much faster than I thought I would be. This was not a typical experience with a healthcare provider. I will be recommending Passport Health San Mateo to all of my friends, family, and coworkers.

Jessica was excellent!  She was very knowledgeable thorough in assessing our travel needs.  My spouse and I highly recommend her and Passport Health.
