This place is absolutely amazing! Squeak recently came home after staying with my ex for a few months and it turns out she has early stages of renal failure. They have been working with the meds to make her feel more comfortable and helped me out in so many ways. Everyone is incredibly friendly and has no problem explaining everything in depth. I've been to other vet places where they roll their eyes when you ask questions. Not this Clinic. Everyone from the front desk to the vet techs to the doctors have bent over backwards for both of us. You have a customer for life here!

First I would like to thank the office staff and Vet's, they're friendly & professional. We brought our 5yr old Maltese in for a teeth cleaning and she had to have one tooth pulled. They did a great job with her and I was very pleased. The Dr that examined Lily was very thorough and showed compassion without judgement. They have very reasonable rates. I will definitely be back with our poodle for a cleaning.

Trustworthy, affordable, and quality care. The vets take time to answer all of my questions and I am always impressed with how reasonable the prices are. The staff are friendly and always compliment my dog on how cute he is :) I have already recommended Broadview to all my friends and family in the area.

Where do I begin?  If I could give a negative numbered score, I would.  First of all, I took my dog in for a simple teeth cleaning a few months back and for starters, they didn't laser off the growth in his mouth they were supposed to and now it's huge, which will cause loose teeth that will need to be pulled.  My dog is also ten so not only do I have to wait to have him put under again to get that fixed while it grows, because it's not good to put him under a lot at that age, but they also love to add on a ridiculous $50 fee for a simple test once they're above a certain age.  That visit ended up costing me hundreds of dollars, hundreds.  That was NOT the price I discussed with the receptionist when making the appointment, she made no mention of the extra $50 fee, even when discussing how much a tooth extraction was she gave me a lower price per tooth then I was charged, and the staff was completely rude when I tried to argue against the price it ended up being.  I was told the receptionist I booked it with didn't put it in the notes the price she quoted so basically too bad for me.  Then I had to take him in for a simple ear infection.  I waited for what was not even a five minute visit with the vet with me telling the vet he had an ear infection.  I literally told the vet the exact problem.  The vet hardly looked into the good ear, hardly looked into the other one, handed me the tiniest bottle of medicine that won't last past one ear infection, and  they charged a lovely $70.  SEVENTY DOLLARS, when I already knew what was wrong and the vet didn't do anything.  This place used to be good the first couple visits but has gone completely down hill with their staff and overbooking, while their prices have skyrocketed.  Do yourselves a favor and find a different place not only for your pets health but your wallet as well.  I almost didn't write this review but I'm so disappointed in this place now and every time I see the growth they didn't laser like they were supposed to, it's very upsetting and sad for my dog.

I have been bringing my dogs to Broadview for several years. They always treat us right and I have never had a complaint. The doctors are great and the staff is friendly. They are also very reasonably priced.
