Highly recommend for any vet needs. I was able to call and speak with their receptionist at 7:15am to schedule a same day new pet appointment for my dog with conjunctivitis. The place is clean, beautiful, modern and has lots of parking. Everyone here from the front desk, to the vet tech, to the doctor were all friendly, on time, and compassionate. As a physician myself with a clinic in downtown, I was very very impressed. We will be coming here for a long time. Thank you Urban Vet team!

This is the perfect example of everything that is wrong with veterinary care.  The vets use scare tactics to convince you to pay for greatly overpriced, and unecessary services.  I brought one dog in with an abscess on his leg.  The vet immediately started mentioning cancer and suggested blood work and a battery of test that were very expensive/unwarranted. Instead, I suggested we run a simple blood test, and if it comes back clear we try antibiotics.  The blood test was clear and the antibiotics worked great. On another occasion, Urban Vet quoted me $4000 for some dental surgery that I was able to get done at another vet for under $200.  You read that correctly- they wanted to overcharge me by $3,800!! Make no mistake about it, this place is a business and they wish to profit off one's emotional attachment to their pet.  I understand the need to make a profit, but read those numbers again and then book somewhere else.

Best vet experience I've ever had!  If I could give them 6 stars, I would.  As others have mentioned, the folks at Urban Vet Care really seem to care.  They're some of the nicest, most accommodating professionals I've ever met in the context of a veterinarian.  I'm a first-time dog owner and a "single dad" of a puppy and I'm sure a bit clueless but Urban Vet Care has been nothing but lovely to me.  I would recommend them to anyone and everyone!

The people at Urban Vet Care are incredibly compassionate and kind. Especially Dr. Feighner. My cat was very ill and eventually had to be put down and they made the process as easy as it could have been. Everyone I spoke to was compassionate and expressed their condolences. Dr. Feighner helped me make a very hard decision and I will forever be grateful to her. I would recommend her to anyone and I wouldn't take my pets anywhere else!

We always knew that this Vet Care was boutique and more expensive than most; but typically we have had good experiences here.  One of our two French Bulldogs is very sensitive to shots; her face swells up and it is just horrible.  This has happened on 3 occasions.  After the first occasion we made it very clear to pre-treat her; they didn't and the second time it happened again and we had to rush her to the emergency vet at 11pm.  This week she needed two new shots; I was very clear that she was VERY SENSITIVE to immunizations.  The tech assured me these shots very rarely; less then 1% have a bad reaction.  Reluctantly I let them give her the shots.  5 hours later her face looked like it had been beaten with a baseball bad.  Again; we rushed her to the emergency vet.  This was $170.  When I called to tell Urban Vet care (again) that she had this reaction; their concern was underwhelming.  We have taken TWO dogs here for almost 9 years and have spent THOUSANDS of dollars with them.  When I asked them to please credit my account $170 - the absolutely refused saying it wasn't their fault.  I could not have been more passionate about taking the precautions before treatment.  We were just getting ready to bring both dogs in for teeth cleaning ($2,000), but Urban Vet was unwilling to credit our account.  Horrible experience.  This, I assume, is what you can expect to receive from them as well; even to their best customers.  VERY UNIMPRESSED.
