It used to be a good vet hospital. We had a great experience with Dr. Keller awhile ago. She was very caring and knowledgeable. The staff was nice too. But after she left, it wasn't the same anymore. The staff and vets changed. If you have an exotic animal DO NOT bring it here. It's likely that it will die like ours did. They don't have a specialist (unless they hired a new one recently) and are afraid to try anything that would save your pet if it's an emergency. They seem to be more money oriented now too, unfortunately.

Unfortunately, my first visit with Vida Veterinary was to learn that my kitty Izzy had Lymphoma.  The staff was so helpful and supportive.  I ended up having to put her to sleep which was very difficult for me.  I really appreciate everything that Vida did for me and for my Izzy.  I am so glad that I chose to bring her there.  I would highly recommend the vet and their staff.

Great vet staff, very patient and attentive bedside manner. I have one dog that does not get along with other dogs/animals and is shy at first meeting. They always take extra time to make her comfortable and to make the experience less stressful for all of us. They are a little on the expensive side but the low stress experience makes all the difference for us.

So friendly and prompt in their response! Additionally, I really like that they have a system that allows them to know who is calling before they even pick up the phone; this makes it really easy to make appointments or even start asking questions in urgent situations! Lastly, the text-to-confirm system is so helpful. 

Outside of the technology/scheduling, the staff are very friendly and do not appear to cut corners, nor do they seem to order unnecessary tests. Every time I have brought my dog into see them, they have done a great job of communicating and explaining what is going on and why. 

Hands down, this has been my favorite vet experience in Denver.

I LOVE this place. I will never go anywhere else. Everyone is so sweet and handles my babies with the best of care. I have never felt uncomfortable here or witnessed anything that upsets me.
