This winter, my wife was broken down in a very hazardous location. Broadway Automotive responded quickly and the serviceman arrived very fast to the rescue! He was concerned about her safety first, made quick work of the tow and minimized our costs by his efficient delivery of our vehicle to a garage. Two days ago, their service responded to my dead battery call. They provided prompt, honest service, evaluated my problem and replaced my battery within forty minutes of my first call to them. They were knowledgeable, courteous and efficient. I recommend NYC Towing very highly. They are the best!!

I blew out both passenger side tires and was sitting on the side of the road in the middle of the night. I called Broadway Automotive and the customer service rep said the driver would make it out there as fast as he could. 20 minutes later he was there, and within 5 minutes, my car was loaded and we were on our way. When I couldn't get a ride back to my house, he even offered to drive me home. He is an example of a hard working person who should get the credit he deserves for his hard work and honest character. I cannot thank enough the Broadway Automotive staff for taking time to help me with my problem. It is reassuring to know that there are friendly hard working people out there that will do anything in their power to help you out when you're in need. I would recommend this Towing service to anyone in need of road side assistance in New York.

On three separate occasions I was stranded and Broadway Automotive always showed up super fast! One time all I needed was a jump, the second time my battery was totally dead but the guy had come prepared and actually had the correct battery with him. No problem! The third time they rescued me; I had been in an accident and was freaking out. The guy was a total gentleman, made me laugh it off, and made sure I got home safely. They are a great tow company in NY, and I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Very professional and they seem to stay on top of things and follow up promptly. I went in with my sister to see why the check engine light in her car was on and they were very courteous, friendly and with an eager to help attitude. I'm a certified mechanic my self so I asked if it b ok for me to scan the vehicle and look into it and they were absolutely cool about it. They didn't charge us for this and allowed me to take my time using the code scanner. After I pulled the engine code the tech and I discussed different and potential issues that might've caused the engine light to come on. I really respected and appreciated that. I recently moved to N.Y.(abt 10 wks ago) and being a certified mechanic my sister suggested I ask about a job here. Marco took down my info and said he would contact me once he checks if there r any open positions within the shop or any of the other 2 locations they have, I didn't doubt he would call but I didn't count on it either. 2 days later he called and asked me to come in for an interview. I'll be going on Monday and after seeing the level of professionalism and devotion to service in this shop I truly hope i can be a part of the team  and apply my skills and knowledge towards the continuing progress of this shop. Wish me luck!!!!!😁

Broadway Automotive offers great customer service. They are very professional and work diligently to make sure that as customers we are satisfied and taken care of. I highly recommend this shop. A big thank you to Gus, Marcos and the all the other guys for making my life so much easier.
