We took our daughter to the 9:30 show last night. They had a power outage so didn't start until 10 which I'm not complaining about. Throughout the whole movie there was about 30 teenage thugs in there hollering to talk to each other from front of theater to the back. They was up running around in there. We missed most of the movie because we couldn't see or hear it. I went out to complain but no employees was anywhere to be found. The seats was comfortable and prices was good I just believe they should have controlled the teenagers or asked them to leave.

Always friendly staff; clean facilities; no distractions or inappropriate behavior allowed; family owned facility that demonstrates care for their customers; has all the latest movies the moment they come out; works with local public schools and other special requests for private viewing by select audiences at a time that is convenient to that audience; and finally fair pricing for movies and refreshments with excellent sound performance for a great movie experience!

So definitely boycotting broadway cinema. 

Went to watch star wars the last Jedi tonight and during a very important plot section the audio cuts out for a solid 20 mins. 

After the movie I looked for someone to talk to about possibly getting my money back since ya know I SPENT $20 DOLLARS FOR A MOVIE THAF DOESNT NEED TO BE IN 3D! 

Anyways. I sat out in the lobby for another 20-30 mins looking for anyone and finally this guy opens the office door yet will not come out. 
So I go to talk to him and he won't even look at me. 
Instead he's got this "ha I'm not going to do anything for you. I have your money" look on his face and tells me "you should've got me as soon as it happened. I would've fixed it immediately."

First off. I don't know who you are so why would I come look for you? 
Secondly. Shouldn't you have been in the projector booth to make sure something like that doesn't happen?

At the end of it all. 
I missed an important plot piece to a $10 movie in a crappy theatre. 

Not going to to broadway cinema anymore.

Love this movie theater because I'm in a wheelchair and they have seats removed from the back of the theater so a person in a wheelchair doesn't have to sit in the Isle blocking people.
