I have always been happy with their work, from when the older gentleman owned it until today . They do meticulous work in a timely fashion and their prices are more than fair. Bonus they are friendly too! 😊

I had them replace a zipper on a fleece top. First they replaced the inconspicuous plastic zipper with a heavy metal zipper like you would use on jeans -- not the type of zipper you would want rubbing against your chin. I pointed this out and they would only fix it if I paid them to do it. When I got the top back, they had the correct zipper, but it was just seen to the back of the garment. To make things worse, they fused the two layers of fabric that the zipper goes in between, completely ruining the garment. They said they can't fix it and it's not their problem. Their workmanship and attention to detail as well as their customer service were horrible. I would not recommend them to anyone.

Dropped off a formal dress late Thursday for alterations for a wedding on Saturday......they had it ready for me late Friday afternoon!Thank you!

My family and I have used this shop many times under both the old ownership and the current. Everything from alterations to adding vest patches has always been excellent.
