Terrible  service  I took my 500 wool leather sleeve varstiy jacket for them to clean my jacket. The woman told me that they can't clean the leather sleeve on my jacket.She told me  they could send  my varsity jacket to Canada to clean the leather sleeve.I agreed ,when I pick my jacket up from the cleaner the woman charge me 60 dollars .later on the day when I tried my jacket on Julian dry cleaner shrunk my jacket it was a xl  to a size larger. I explain to them what happen and they put the blame on the Canadian  dry cleaner that service my leather sleeves on my wool varstiy.Never again .I did business 
With julian dry cleaner go around 15 years
Lousy business practice .Beware of wool coats they will get you . I GAVE THEM A RATING OF NEGATIVE -0-0-0-0-0.
I have to give them one star just to post my review.They still get a negative mark-0-0-0-0-0

Their prices are reasonable for dress shirts. The removed a yellow spot near my collar which was caused by curry. If anyone has that problem, take it here. The removal was clean and no staining was left over.

Grade A customer service.  Went above and beyond to expedite my dry cleaning after I gave them a later date than I actually needed it.
