I wish I could give this 0 stars. I went with the intention of washing a comforter that is too large for my personal washing machine. Every single large capacity washer was out of order with the exception of 1 (that was already in use.) When I called to ask when they expected the machines to be fixed, I was given attitude and the guy acted like he didn't know what I was talking about when there were clearly "out of order" stickers on the machines.

This place sucks. Avoid it if you can. The majority of the washers dont work properly if at all.  And there is a signs hanging that basically say "you break it, you buy it"

I enjoy having access to a 24 hour laundromat and will continue going but, some of the washers/dryers need to be repaired

Half of the washers and dryers didnt work.

20 washers (15 work).
15 dryers (8 work).

Two "working" washers didn't spin the water out completely and left clothes dripping wet. Change machine out of money. One dryer will not operate, is out of order but not labeled, wouldn't return my money. I'll never return, this place is laundry hell. Spent way more than intended and took hours longer than it should have (rewashing, loading broken diet then unloading and waiting for working one)

PS: people are jerks when there's not enough dryers.
