The fence post between my house and my neighbor's house is leaning so much at an angle that my neighbor can't even open his gate. We have tried numerous times to have someone come out to repair it but have yet to be successful. Lifetime warranty is useless if they constantly avoid you. Do NOT use Bronco Fence unless you like getting the runaround.

I read all of the reviews on here before I hired Bronco, and I was a little nervous about using them, but they quoted us a thousand dollars less than another company, so we thought we'd give them a try. Overall we had a pretty positive experience. They scheduled us for 2 weeks out to get a quote which seemed a little long of a wait, but once we gave them the go ahead it was only 2 weeks until they started building. When they gave us the quote we showed them the kind of fence we wanted and they quoted us for that a well as a fence that was a little less expensive in case we wanted to go that route. They also gave us the option to stain it ourselves, which saved us a little money on labor. It only took them a day to get the posts in, and about 4 days to put up the rest of the fence. I think their policy is that if they hit the sprinklers or break anything while they are installing, you have to pay to have it fixed, which I don't think is very professional.they hit our sprinkler pipe and our neighbors pipe while they were digging for the posts. We were able to have it fixed by a friend, but if we hadn't, we would have had to hire a plumber. Some of the lumber they used looked pretty roughed up. The installers said that's the nature of getting wood from a pallette, but we were not happy with it, so we talked to Brian. He had them come out and replace the sections that we had marked. It was much better after that. There are still some spots where I wish it looked a little better, but over all is pretty good. It's very sturdy. They also forgot to put one of the cross boards up. They tried to collect the final payment before putting it up, but we just told them it needed to be installed first, so they put it up and we paid them. All in all its a pretty good company. They can do good work, just make sure you communicate what you want with them, and don't take "no" for an answer.

Terrible all around! Fence was damaged a couple of weeks after they installed it, after multiple phone calls to their office they finally came out to look at it. The crew looked at it for no more than 10 seconds and started to walk away, I chased them down and they promised the owner would be in contact with me. After several more months of me calling them they finally referred me to a separate contractor, he came out and fixed it but i ended up paying for the whole thing, some warranty they have! After looking at the cement around the posts i learned the posts weren't centered and a lot of them only had cement on one side of the post. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS HORRIBLE!!! We purchased a Fence from Bronco about a year ago. While we have been happy with the fence, the delays are ridiculous. I called after a severe wind storm and told them that 2 sections of the fence were down, I had collected all the pieces and they needed to be put back together, nothing was broken. I called first thing in the morning Wednesday after the storm the night before. I had to kennel my dogs as I could not let them outside without the fence up for long periods of time, I told them this when I called they said they would take care of it. No one called or came out by Friday so I called again, again they said they would take care of it right away. Still NO phone call by Monday the following week so I called again. I asked if they were planning to repair this and they told me that they have someone else do this they are TOO BUSY to do repairs their own repairs. I asked if I should contact another company and she said "YES YOU SHOULD" I was shocked, if she would have told me this the week before I would not be without a fence for an entire week. So I called another company Utah Fence and they were out within one hour and fixed my fence on the spot.!!!!

Excellent in every way. Brett came out and consulted with us on our situation. We told him what we needed and our concerns about the East winds that come up in our area. He explained why their vinyl product was superior to the others and that it would withstand the harsh winds we get periodically in Davis County. The installation was seamless and very professional. We would recommend Bronco Fence to anyone looking for a quality product with a competitive price. Paul & Jeri Anderson
