I was once a gbi employee for almost 5 years as a welder, and for no good reason I was told my hourly wage was being dropped, and that was coming from one of the owners and a construction manager. it was I either I agree with it or quit. So I quit I have morals and self respect and family to feed like everyone else.

I am very perplexed🤔by the bad review!!! I would suggest instead of just posting this online go in talk to the owners! GBI prides themselves on food safe work!My husband works for GBI and has for quite a few years. There are a lot of different people you can go through to get to someone if you don't like a particular person you could have someone else come along and that's what's so great about it the owners do care they're fabulous very giving people and they would do almost anything to make a customer happy I've seen it over and over when I worked WITH my husband Idea billing I did safety training I did training on other things I did a lot and me overly safety trained they are people and so as for me I apologize that you had such a terrible experience it must've been maybe a bad week because GBI is full of good people!!!!!! Sure there are bad apples and those bad apples do you want to ruin the rest! They try very hard so, what the owners need to do keep that stable wonderful concrete base and start filtering out the bad apples again GBI is a fabulous company and I'm proud to say that my husband works for them and I'm also proud to say that I too have  worked for them I would do anything for anyone of the owners!! Personally I would like to add five MORE stars. I could go on and on about 1 million different but I'm going to stop right there and GBI is fabulous!!!!!!🙂😊
