Our insurance company contacted Paul Davis Restoration after we had a water leak. They not only took care of the initial damage and cleanup but all of the repairs. Their mitigation crew was exceptional. I was informed throughout the cleanup repairs every step that would be taken. The contractors that Paul Davis used for the repairs were outstanding. They did excellent job of rebuilding. We needed custom baseboards and crown moldings reinstalled. The carpenter went the extra mile to have the wood work milled perfectly. The painter matched all the paint perfectly. All of the workers were clean, punctual, and professional. They truly handled this bad experience in our home perfectly. I highly recommend them.

We had a dishwasher leak that ended up flooding the kitchen. Another company was sent by the insurance company to do the cleanup but we called Dan and Scott at Paul Davis to do the rebuild. The sub-contractor that was sent was not doing an adequate job but Scott took over and got things done quickly and beautifully! So happy to have my house back to normal and better than it was before! Thank you Dan and Scott for being so great to work with!

A tremendous amount of trust is placed in a restoration company when called to an emergency as there is no time to adequately research, obtain bids, or establish a set scope of work for services that will be performed. I was of the assumption Paul Davis was somewhat of a reputable company, was I was sorely mistaken! Paul Davis fraudulently charged $10,400 to perform "emergency board-up services" to cover a garage door and a partial exterior wall. Oh, I should also mention the home owners are both over 90! When asked specifically why the costs were so inflated Paul Davis just said it was emergency fees and they had to purchase the material. REALLY? Do the math! A couple hours of work plus material you banked a minimum of $7,000! What's even more astonishing is the insurance company didn't ask any questions or wasn't even surprised about this inflated cost! Infractions such as these impact everyone as rates will increase while Paul Davis enjoys a trip to the bank. Please do your research and make an informed decision. Even when you're over ninety you still haven't lived to see it all and you're never too old to be a victim!

I worked with Paul Davis Restoration to get my roof replaced after this last series of wind storms. Dan Henry was our Project Manager and made sure we were well taken care of. He was great about letting us know what to expect and making sure we were happy with the work afterward. Paul Davis was so easy to work with and made the process simple and quick, and our house looks great! Highly recommend!
