The Bronson Athletic Club is for anyone working toward better health and improved quality of life. Whether you are a sports enthusiast, a serious athlete or someone looking to increase your activity level, the BAC offers fitness and wellness programs to help you achieve optimum health and a well-balanced life.

We feature more than 80 cardiovascular fitness stations, a strength training center, indoor track, championship racquetball courts, indoor aquatics center, full-size basketball/volleyball court, studios for Spinning® and Pilates®, and a full range of wellness services, including group classes, personal training and massage.

I've been going to BAC for over 2 years, mostly in the early mornings. Facilities are the best in the area, though the membership cost reflects that. Minimal number of hulks / barbies . . . mostly just "normal" people like you and me looking to stay in shape. Good weight room and aerobic equipment, though there always seems to be a bike or Arc Trainer under repair. Pool is nice, but getting a lane in the morning or evening can be challenging. You'll typically end up sharing, which is pretty intimidating if you're a novice swimmer like me. It would be great if they had some type of a reservation system for the lanes. It would also be great if they enforced their modesty policy a little more aggressively. Some members seem to think that they're in their old college sports locker room. Not big issues, though. Staff are super friendly and they have some really knowledgeable trainers. I haven't taken any of the classes yet, but there are lots of options available within the cost of membership. Lots of programs going on throughout the year as well. In summary, it has it's flaws but you'd be hard pressed to find a better gym in the area.

There is one lady who works in membership who for some reason is very rude! I love this place tons and will continue to go regardless of the attitude of that particular staff member. She decided to be super loud and rude about some problems I was having with my account causing the rest of the staff and some members to stare in my direction. I have never had a problem with anyone else. It took my husband everything in him not to call her out on how rude she was being to me.

Was here for water therapy. Nice place. Locker rooms are clean. Too bad it's so expensive. They have coffee area, small clothes shop and deli, with healthy choices.
