Great people. They know what they are doing and make working out fun. I look forward to every session! I have made great progress in my few months of working with them. Much more progress than i would have made on my own. Do yourself a favor and have Ryan and his staff direct your workouts! You'll be much happier with the success you will find when working with these professionals!

I've been working with Ryan and his team for coming up now a year and I can't say enough about how it's changed my life.  When I started I was 295 pounds and couldn't run a 1/4 mile.  Since I've been working with them I've ran 2 5k's and 2 warrior dashes without a hitch and have lost 40 lbs.  If you're looking to change you're life towards the better and don't know how to get started stop in and talk to them.  You won't regret it.

I've been training with Ryan Prohaska for 8 weeks now--3 days per week. Ryan alternates the workouts to focus on upper body, lower body, and total body. In combination with a healthier diet and keeping active, I'm currently down 10lbs and from a 38" waist to 36". Ryan is good with communication and makes sure that a proper plan is in place to meet the clients' goals.
