I love, love this gym. I've had a gym membership to a more traditional gym most of my adult life so I was hesitant to switch to one that offers only classes. But I'm completely satisfied. The classes are high quality with knowledgeable and motivating. I push myself much harder in the classes than alone in the gym. And there is enough variety that you can have any type of workout you want. This is a great gym for athletes looking to cross train. Tina is so fun and will help you through every step of the process.

Marta, the owner, is absolutely amazing. She's such a great person. She helped me get started, stay on track and genuinely wants all members to succeed in their fitness goals. The classes are AMAZING & So are all the instructors. I've never been able to find another gym like it.
