This is a very nasty place. I called to ask a question about my case and the worker yelled at me and hung the phone up on me. All I asked her was to see if my change of address was in place and she told me I can't help you and then I said miss please and she said what's your case number and I said I didn't have it can I give you my social? She said No and get off my phone!!! And hung up right on me. That's very bad customer service for people who is helping other people in need. The sad part is that I could of been the President of the United States and she wouldn't have know that. I want to file a complaint on her.

I found this place to be unprofessional, very inconsiderate and rude of their clients or anyone at that matter and They don't follow protocol. I believe most "not all" of the worker doesn't take their job seriously and are really there for a paycheck... I don't want to give any stars but the only way anyone would be able to read this post i would have to give a star!

Most of the time i go i have minimal problems i havent been there all day two hours max depends on your case all day then they just dont like you
