These people treat those in need as 2nd class citizens. Your needs are not their concern in the slightest and they make sure you know it from the beginning. If you call this number you'll get no answers to your questions because you'll get no answer at all. Some of them will tell you to handle your business online so they don't have to deal with you. Then when your case or paperwork gets lost they'll tell you "well you should've come into the office." A system designed to help 5/100 people a day and keep the other 95 coming back is a broken system and it only ensures that you stay desperate for a handout from them. Upon walking into the building you'll be given a number like a slave a herded into one room after another with extensive wait times in between. When you come across a lazy worker they'll make you believe they can't (see: won't) do anything for you. The worst kind of devils... Ones that masquerade as angels.
