This is a great Brook Brothers location and they have decent stuff at decent prices. Their shirts really are pretty nice and the staff are very helpful. A lot different in quality from a factory store.

First off, I'm very brand loyal to Brooks. I love every store I've ever been to. This is no exception. In fact it's an exemplary location.

The manager does not stand behind Brooks Brothers merchandise. I always launder washable items on the delicate setting and dry on low. In one washable item that I bought in this store the fabric was disintegrating (in non seam, non stress areas) and when I talked with the manager, she had no interest in exchanging it since it had been 90 days after the purchase. I'm sorry but clothes should last longer than 90 days, especially clothes from Brooks Brothers, which is supposed to be a respected brand. I will not buy from BB again.
