Located in historic downtown Conway, Arkansas (about 30 minutes outside of Little Rock). Family owned and operated, this personal jewelry store offers aggressive diamond pricing, slide bracelets, custom made jewelry, on-site jewelry & watch repairs and hand-engraving. The largest national slide bracelet manufacturer for over 35 years, Custom jewelry created in-house: design, CAD, 3D printing, casting, finishing, and stone setting. We make the jewelry you want.

When the time came in my relationship to pop the question, the first thing I had to do was find a ring. Multiple friends recommended me here and after going through the process, Brooks Fine Jewelry was amazing to work with. Hunter walked me through it all and it was a great experience!

Brooks does excellent custom work and work with your price range. I would highly recommend them, I purchased an engagement ring and wedding band, and couldn't be happier with the finished products.

Brooks Fine Jewelry is hands down the best Jeweler out there. All of the staff were extremely professional and they have a superior selection. They were able to give me a wonderful ring set with a hand selected stone that would fit my budget. They were able to take a ring design I liked and customize and hand craft one to my taste. Needless to say Ive got one happy wife and will be a Brook's customer for life!

Brooks Fine Jewelry is a hidden jem in Conway! I am writing this review because they were kind, professional, and very helpful even though I was probably their most picky client. I brought my rings in to be resized several different times because I couldn't decide on a comfortable fit, and they were more than helpful each time and reasonably priced. I really appreciated their attention to detail and patience with me. I will be using them again in the future!

My experience with Brooks was a very positive one. The staff I interacted with--Sean and Hunter--were both professional and genuine. I was able to thoroughly discuss what I was looking for in a setting, along with the pros and cons of different side stone mounting methods to achieve the look I wanted. I decided upon an in-house creation and was very satisfied with the final results. Their gemologist, Hunter, was very knowledgeable in his craft and delivered an excellent lesson in not only the technical aspects of diamond grading but also the practical aspects of selecting a diamond that maximizes value without compromising appearance. What I appreciated most about my experience at Brooks was their professional reaction to my decision to purchase my center stone elsewhere. There did not appear to be a change in the way they treated me as their customer even though I was only purchasing the setting and mounting services from them. Overall Experience: Most Excellent Professionalism: Most Excellent Craftsmanship: Excellent (a very small section on either side of where the peg of the head inserts into the band could have been filled and polished; however, as this is directly under the center stone, it is very hard to notice) Value: Most Excellent Recommendation: I would recommend this vendor to anyone looking to purchase an engagement ring or have custom jewelry crafted.
