One star is far too many! The dark haired woman (apparently Mrs. Flether is an arrogant B...). I took a high quality pair of 14Kwhite gold earrings to have re-rhodium plated. She said..."no it could not be done." The blonde woman said "what are those...silver?".  I said...14K and most 14Kwhite gold is rhodium plated." Mrs Fletcher said..."well I will ask". I just left. I took the earrings down the street and they were re-rhodium plated without issue. Also, I took a one carat diamond 18k and platinum heavy solitaire to have cleaned and buffed. With s smirk I was asked..."is this a real diamond?". I just laughed. She verified with a tester and looked at it under the microscope. Her attitude changed quickly! Yes it was very real and also VVS....and I asked to speak to Fletcher privately...but apparently he wasn't there...

Trustworthy and reliable folks.  Always willing to take the time to help make a decision, and always get my repairs back from them very quickly, and always done flawlessly the first time!  Even had Fletch create a special ring for me, that turned out better than imagined!!

They fixed my ring that I had broken at work a few months ago.  The price was affordable, and the job was outstanding.  They not only fixed the break, they also cleaned the ring and made it look sparkling and beautiful.  Will choose this jewelry store again.

What a marvelous treasure to have in historic downtown Conway, a third generation family owned fine jewelry store that has been here for almost 100 years! Not only does Fletcher Smith's Jewelers carry fabulous designers like Stephen Dweck, Jude Frances and many others, they also offer some of the best prices on diamonds and bridal that I have ever seen.  Mr. Fletcher Smith is one of the best diamond setters in the state!  Customer service is exceptional, they will often deliver, mail out or even arrive early to make sure the customer is not inconvenienced.  And, on top of the fact that they run a terrific business, Mr. and Mrs. Smith contribute heavily to our community needs, CASA, The Boys & Girls Club, Bethlehem House, Dazzle Days, United Way and too many others to name!!
They actually care about the community they live and work in, which is a rarity these days.  Conway, is a lucky community to have this family and their well run jewelry store in it!  Thanks Mr and Mrs Smith, two of the nicest folks you will ever meet!!
