I was referred to go here by a friend after many unsuccessful trips to a number of different dealers and was so happy to finally end my search for a reliable and affordable used car. Personally, I can not stand being pressured by salesmen try to sell me anything and everything that I show even minor interest in. I loved that at Brookside, I was able to browse the lot and come to my own decision. I would HIGHLY recommend asking for Fernando. He was by far the best sales person I have ever dealt with. He was extremely respectful to what I was looking to buy and helped me walk out with a brand new (used :D) Acura RDX. Definitely will be keeping his business card.

I purchased a 02 VW Passat for my daughter from Brookside Motors. Fernando let me take it to my mechanic to get checked out, which was great! Everything went smoothly during the whole process. She has had the car for five years with no problems. I went to them on a recommendation from a friend and do not regret it!

I stopped in at Brookside Motors looking to purchase a car for my son. They had a great selection of really nice cars under my price.I purchased a 2006 vw jetta fully loaded. The sales person was very polite and showed me different cars. I also purchased a one year warranty. Great Car, Great Experience, I highly recommend seeing Fernando when looking for a car.  I will always refer my family and friends to Brookside.

I personally would never buy another car from here.  I bought a 1995 Civic with low mileage.  What I didn't realize was that the thermostat was broken.  It would move enough to make it look like it was working.  Meanwhile there was a blockage in the radiator.  After around 6 months, the head gasket blew and caused damage to several other parts.  I ended up with around $2,000 repair.  I believe they knew about the overheating but didn't say anything.  I would have much rather known about it from the beginning.  Then I could have gotten it taken care of and prevented alot of other damage from taking place.  I had also purchased an "extended warranty" which had expired of course and ended up being a waste of money.  Maybe others have had perfectly fine experiences here but I personally will not buy here again.
