Don't expect any compassion here. I went in after my mother passed away to inform them of the death and see if there was any Medicaid funeral help. Not only did they make it obvious I was inconveniencing them, but she threw a box of tissues at me when I started to sniffle and told me my moms case "is a total mess" and kept saying "this is ridiculous". Well, I'm so sorry my mother's death it's so hard for you, but this is your job! I would bring moral support with you if you ever have a similar situation to mine. Also, they haven't returned any phone calls or messages I've left them, so it's best to just show up.

My Case worker is very efficient and doesn't waste time with calls if she can locate the answer herself!!! Also, the inside has beautiful artwork

Most of the people here are very rude. My supervisor, or whatever they call the people who are in control of your account, Andrea Bea would not get back to me when I needed to know what to do in order to get my medicaid back up and running and I repeatedly told her my child needed to go to the dr. She had no sense of urgency and just seemed like she just wanted to do wings on her time and when she felt like she wanted to do it. It took me almost a month to get it back up. None of the supervisors answer their phones or emails and it's like they just have a bunch of teen girls working there. I hope they change that. I gave the stars to the nurses who give the vaccines to my children, they are very nice and polite and they are patient and helpful. I just with they can get an automated message sent to you when you make vaccine appointments because I tend to forget unless I get one. So all in all nursed great everyone else a-holes.

I thought it would be bad in other places near the metro but this is by far the worst public service I have ever dealt with! I am on VA disability and was still asked to take employment classes until I did a form. I finally got in to the doctor and had them do the form. And then I had a rude lady named Andrea blea blow me off for days on my calls and VM. Then I finally got ahold of her Via email and she was short and confusing and told me to talk to Courtney Schwartz who also pointed me back to Andrea. And to be told they don't take emailed scans... Is this 1994???? after all this they tell me I can transfer of I no longer live in Broomfield (as I am homeless and have been on couches for days) I am told my resistance is where I stayed last night. Nonetheless I am still trying to contact her supervisor and his supervisor. But looks like I get to go another week with out food or assistance. Thanks #broomfield.

I called and left several voice mails with Allison and manager Pam..None of them call me back... Horrible service
