Talked several employees and all we're nice to me. Maybe and just maybe because  I was nice and polite to them! Thank you to all of You USPS employees 2 for doing this important job that benefits all of us.

The lady that was working today was incredibly rude. I was trying to renew my passport and just wanted to make sure I had included all of the necessary documentation. It would have taken two seconds. The lady was unwilling to assist me, and in a very rude manner, told me to leave and come back the following day with the documentation in the envelope ready to be shipped off. I understand you guys were short staffed, but that is not my fault, and that is part of your job to assist customers. Pay attention to your reviews, as almost every review on here talks about how poor your customer service is. I would recommend going to a different post office.

Automated tracking showed package ETA of thur. Went in Friday to post office and they didnt know where package was. Went in saturday and the package was out for delivery even though the business doesnt take deliveries on sat. Package was not treated like priority mail. 3 days lost on project because i have to now wait until monday.

This usps store was incredibly slow and unhelpful when asked questions about buying boxes to ship in and are very rude. Also, if you wait to box your package when you're there they do not provide any tape or anything, you have to buy it at an extremely marked up price, unlike some places like fedex. My piece if advice: if you can, save yourself a hassle and not have to deal with rude employees and just go to FedEx instead. It's worth the couple dollars more to ship. In the end I payed a lot more here anyway.

This was the worst and I mean worst experience I've ever had at the post office. This is my second time coming here and I will say, this is the worst post office. They are short staffed, slow and rude! I had a box that was self stamped and just needed tape and she would not put a strip of tape on my package. I come from Illinois and I have never been treated in such a rude manner. We pay our tax dollars for this??? They need new staff. I will travel to another one next time.
