Lying thieves! Said they are charging 10.00 and turned around and charge me a hundred to remove a boot for a spot I paid for! Said its a min boot removal fee. Disputed charge with credit company. Don't give them cash. Make sure you get a receipt!

I did have ADT do an estimate. but I wanted to go with a local company. These guys were great in setting up my monitoring system and they are incredibly quick when the alarm does go off. I think their response time is faster than ADT but can't verify that. I believe I had a 2 year contract with them and did not need to cancel prior to that. I have been very satisfied with their performance.

Other than the fact that I pay every six months and I pay promptly and they still have the nerve to automatically deduct my DEBIT CARD WITHOUT MY CONSENT after specifically telling them twice not to do so! I guess it is ok.

No rating-these guys are heartless. My husband signed up for the security service and was laid off the following week. Unless you are absolutely certain you want a 3 year commitment DON'T SIGN UP. When I tried to cancel due to lack of funds I was rudely informed by Kim that I had to pay off the 3 years (900$) in order to cancel. My husband isn't even the homeowner!! You would think a company like this would make sure the person making the contract was the actual homeovwner. Kim was RUDE and HEARTLESS
