With Italian in the name, I was hoping this would be good pizza. I was disappointed. Take a look at the pictures. The pizza was cooked improperly. Thin crust pizza cooked properly is not supposed to have a 90 degree limp like that. The crust is an incredibly important part of thin crust pizza.

Unfortunately, the pizza sauce also lacked flavor. The pepperoni wasn't their either. It's becoming hard to find good pizza out here, but I'll continue to test these places so people won't waste their money.

BUYER BEWARE! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE WHEN THEY MAKE A MISTAKE! I bought pizza from here a fair amount, but I won't anymore.  I ordered four 16" pizza's for carry out and got them home for a family get together.  Everyone dug in and after a few bites we realized that 2 of the 4 pizza's were completely black on the bottom and tasted horribly burnt.  I called to see if they would replace the pizzas.  NOPE.  They have to be returned completely intact (no bites taken out of the slices).  Really, I'm supposed to inspect each pizza before allowing the kids to grab a slice, just in case they screwed up making them...  They offered me a $10 discount of my future order (less then the cost of 1 pizza).  That won't do any good, because I am never ordering pizza (or anything else) from them every again.  I understand mistakes happen when your really busy, but the way they handled it was just stupid.  You burn pizzas, you should remake them, even if a few bites have been taken out of it.

The food is okay,  average for the area,  but the customer service is horrible.  Been going there since they opened, when they inherited the Best of Las Vegas stickers, but last night was the last straw and I will never go back. The girl up front embarrassed me over a dollar mistake, that she made, and ruined the meal for me.

Terrible management of this place. The owner is a total bastard treating thr employees like dirt and promoting fear and hate. The food overall is good. Rather than that this place is a joke and everybody who works there. Wouldn't recommend anybody to try and get hired here. Just order your food.
