I have been driving by for awhile and today i stopped by. I am so glad i did.  I was greeted right away by a gentleman.  I really just wanted a slice of pizza just to try but they did not have ready.  I decided to go ahead and purchase a medium.  The reason is because this guy was so friendly then his son greeted me and was very well mannered.  I was kept accompanied just talking while i waited.  I noticed the son preparing my pizza, trimming the dough so that it fit perfectly on the cooking sheet.  He then put the sauce and made sure the edges were not covered in the sauce.  I brought it home and appreciated eating it knowing how much that young man appreciated making it for a stranger.  I will be back even though its 20 minutes from my home.  Thanks for paying attention to your customers.  The best customer service ever.

I was hoping this would be good pizza, but I was disappointed. Take a look at the pictures. They cooked the pizza improperly. Thin crust pizza cooked properly is not supposed to have a limp like that. The crust is an incredibly important part of thin crust pizza.

Unfortunately, the pizza sauce also lacked flavor. The pepperoni tried it's hardest to make up for it. To add about this place in general, they add a $1 fee for paying with a card. There were no signs anywhere indicating they charge the extra fee. It's becoming hard to find good pizza out here, but I'll continue to test these places so people won't waste their money.

I ordered 2 XL pizzas 1 Cheese & 1 pepperoni with 1/2 mushroom, 1/2 sausage (2 toppings). Total was $38! It was horrible! The were so dry, There was so little cheese and sauce there were more baking bubbles then toppings. Bonus! I threw up all night. If I could give a negative score I would. Too expensive, horrible food and possible food poisoning. Never again!!! Sticking to SANTORINOS on Decatur/Desert Inn!! They are SO MUCH BETTER AND CHEAPER!!!

I really wanted to give them 5 stars because I really like their food (pizza and wings ) but my 1st experience went like this , I ordered the food and paid online and they took forever so I called to see what was going on and there was no answer, so I went down there and my food wasn’t even being prepared . Our 2nd experience was overall ok , we did carry out and they still took a tad bit long to have it ready. We decided to place another order (3rd time ordering) they took forever to deliver and also forgot part of my order and still took longer than they said to deliver the rest of my order when we had already finished eating what they had already delivered. Like I said I do like their pizza and wings but they need to step it up with their service .

I'm so disappointed. I used to love this place, but now they got some dumb lazy kid in the kitchen and he likes watching TV more than doing his job. I ordered a pizza at midnight to be picked up at 12:45. At 12:46, the oven was unplugged and the pizza hadn't even begun to be made. Black kid behind the counter thought it was funny. It's going to be even funnier when they fire him.
