Awful, Awful, Awful. Extremely frustrated right now. I placed an order over an hour and a half ago with an estimated arrival of 40-60 minutes. I should of read the reviews throughly before event attempted to order from this place again which is a shame because they do have good pizza. Over the years the quality of customer service makes it's not even worth it. I have tried calling six times to get an estimated time on when I should expect my order to arrive and surprise, surprise no one is answering the phone and the voicemail is full. I'm tempted to drive down there and with my luck it will arrive when I leave. How is this place still in business? This will be my last time ordering from Sofias. Such a shame.

I got the 24” half  pepperoni half meatball. It was dry no sauce and I couldn’t even bite the crust it was so hard it didn’t tear. So we paid to eat toppings. I won’t try again.

One of the worst places to order from. I order from here a lot and they always mess up my order in some way. I will never order from here again there service is horrible. I as a customer who normally pays a lot to eat here is very dissatisfied. There deliver man was a Jerk along with the woman who takes the orders. I am very upset with this business. I hope this place gets shut down!

Last time I ordered they forgot the salad and charged my son the full cost instead of taking the cost off. Today I placed an order online 1 hour and 30 mins ago and have heard nothing from the establishment. I was given an estimated time of 40-50 mins we are now past 40 mins and nothing. I have been calling them for the last 20 mins to find out what is going on and Everytime there is no answer and a full mailbox. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS JOKE OF AN ESTABLISHMENT. SAVE TIME CHOOSE ANOTHER RELIABLE PLACE!

Being a regular, order 1-2 times per week. I will NEVER order again.. I ordered online and after 2 hours the store called. But why is it worth my time to work with the employee's after a 2+ hour pizza delivery.. called next day, to see what the issue was and explain my terrible service. not even sure I talked to a manager.. i have never seen a manager answer a phone or talk the way she did to me. All they said why it took to long is because the online order didn't send them the order till when they called 2 hours later.. yet I got all the confirmation emails right away.. Yeah sounds like a big lie to me!.. way to loose a regular customer. Along with all employees that work for us.. ( I was ordering lunch for the crew).. added on top of this one situation.. we order every sunday.. online says 30-40 min delivery.. it's always a minimum of 1.5 hours! Ridiculous!!
