Don't shop here, Unethical business charged us for a couch we never received

After our friends purchased an awesome sectional couch from Brothers and recommended we go there too, I decided to check it out and was happy I did. I had a great experience finding and purchasing a mid-century, very stylish couch at Brothers. The sales staff were super friendly and helpful; not pushy at all. They have a good selection of couches at reasonable prices and prompt delivery -- I picked out my couch on Sunday and it was delivered *exactly on time* the next day. They even carted away our old sofa bed for a small additional fee. I am ever so pleased with my purchase and will be back again for future purchases.

The man at the store is a great sales person. He helped us select a couch and made sure we were happy with the fabric. The couch was custom made and very affordable. Came with free delivery and was delivered on time. Highly recommend.

I am writing to report what a genuinely rewarding experience I have had ordering a sectional sofa and a love seat from Brothers in Redwood City. The level of service was really wonderful! For various reasons, I needed to make three changes in our original order. Each time I called with a change, whomever I spoke with was helpful and supportive. I was never made to feel that my requests were an imposition. The people who helped me there (I want to give them an online thank you!) were Lan, Huey and Dinh, the store manager. Our old sofa was beat and sagging. So, I ordered this beautiful new furniture from them, manufactured exactly to my specs. I was able to choose a great fabric and color, got the measurements I needed to the inch, and all at a VERY fair price. I recommend shopping at Brothers in Redwood to get exactly what you want while being treated with respect.
