On July fourth, at about 10:00 AM, my patient requested me to call DCF to report abuse by a nurse who worked at the Forum at Deer Creek. The intake worker at DCF, closed the case and told me there is nothing to investigate, after making the report. At about 4:00 PM, the door busted open without a knock at Broward Health North on Sample Rd. Room 513. Comes in Tonya Jackson, she said pick up your belongings and wait outside. She slammed the door, and then she told off the ninety six year old patient. She asked him "Why do you need help for there is plenty of help here, your help stole sixty thousand dollars", He started to cry. She opened the door and told me that I was a thief, and that she is investigating me for stealing sixty thousand dollars from the patient. She asked me to sign a investigation paper, then she refused to give me my portion of the paper. Then, Ms. Jackson neglected the patient. I have been working for him for about seven months. Later, I understood the charge she accused me of is from a previous case with a different CNA. The CNA that worked for him, worked about seven months earlier under a different agency. Tonya during the whole situation appeared to be intoxicated. My patient begged Tonya not to remove me from his side. She ignored his requests and sent me off without replacement.

I got a hold of Deborah by calling twice in a row. The first time she answered she asked for my access # and then placed me on a 15 minute hold and never came back so I have her a horrible survey. The second time she answered I told her why I was upset and age hung up in my face again. She is a horrible employee I hope she gets fired immediately!!!!

Can never get a hold of the worker! You leave messages and they never return your calls back! Either they need to hire more workers if they are that swamped and get better trainings!

I have been trying to correct an error they made about my pay....
they think I make $1000 a week with only 25 hours a week.

If your job pays you weekly be careful with these guys, they lump your four recent paystubs into a single weekly pay if you chose your rate of pay as weekly.

This has happened 4 times in the past two years, each time I have to reapply they do this. I have called many times and they keep saying "we get that number from your paystubs." as if they don't understand those are four separate weeks and you can't just combine four weeks into a single week.

I may have to find a lawyer to assist me in dealing with this because im pretty sure it's impossible for a part time bagger to make $40 an hour before taxes.
