Incredibly friendly staff; explained procedures and special requests very clearly. Laundry was done perfectly (nothing shrunk, colors bled, etc) and folded beautifully! a wonderful experience

Brown Bag Laundry really takes care of their customers and caters to their needs.  They are fast, thorough and deliver with a smile.  Their service can't be beat and I couldn't recommend them more!  Pranai and Lucy are the best!

Some of the biggest names in New York trust this establishment to get their laundry done  and I see why. Arguably the best place for eco friendly laundry with great attentive staff.
