My first time here great people are working here, I came 5 min after the last wash and the lady nice enough to allowed me to wash as my first time here. This Laundromat last wash on Monday - Saturday is 6pm closed 7:30pm and Sunday last wash is 5:30pm closed 7pm. Google give wrong information.

I had a TERRIBLE experience with one of the workers, Melissa, who yelled and cursed at me for defending a woman who wasn't allowed to put her clothes in the dryer 30 minutes before closing time. The woman was visibly upset and later said her brother had died earlier which didn't stop the worker, Melissa, from continuing to yell at and embarrass her. I stopped by this morning to alert the owner, John, who was so sweet and apologetic and said he would talk to her about her behavior (seems this is not the first time). The other employees are so nice and sweet so it's a bummer that Melissa is ruining the vibe.

One of the worst experiences I have had in NYC with laundry.They have not opened the door to me a minute after closing just to hand me my laundry that was paid for, told me I wasn't allowed to use JUST a dryer, etc. Very specific about who can do what here. Always incredibly rude. Sorry that it isn't a pleasant experience for such a wonderful neighborhood.

Very negative people who work at this location. They have their picks on who they like and not. Asian people in this location. I will never go back to this location.

This tiny laundromat is the only game in town if you want to do your own laundry. The people that work there are nice and it's literally the only thing around. Drop off service exists but I've never used it.
