Just moved to the neighborhood 6 months ago and found this cleaner a block away. Continually sent shirts back to me with the buttons cracked or split in half. (This had happened once or twice at my old cleaner and they would just take it upon themselves to sew another button on before I even picked up my shirts). Not here. I had at least 8 or so shirts with multiple cracked collar or sleeve buttons and asked them if they can replace any they broke this go round. And they said they can replace buttons but at an additional charge per button. Even though they keep breaking them. I told them to close my account and walked out. And they let me. Terrible customer service.

Do yourself a favor and visit any other laundry place in the neighborhood. Unfortunately, I had a very bad experience where they completely ripped me off and charged me twice for items I had already paid for. This was a significant cost also because I had to have a number of clothes dry cleaned. They will blame their co-workers saying they didn't charge you properly, or state you dropped laundry off at different times (when you know that is false) claiming they got confused and only charged you part of the load. Oh and be very wary when they ask you to write your credit card details on a post-it note and leave it with them!! I strongly suggest using one of the many other laundry services in the area; I've never written a review like this before but my experience unfortunately warranted it. Happy washing!

Lost my clothes, eventually found them, but delayed me by a few days. No discount or apology provided. Will not go back to them.

You can't actually do laundry in this laundromat, you have to pay someone to wash your clothes for you through an app or something. I believe they still do dry cleaning.
