Attention any company who have insurance through Brown and Brown or want to get insured from them, please be aware anything they tell you over the phone is wrong. or they dont khow It happened to me, i'm not happy with employer insurance, I asked them if i cancel my insurance is there any fee or penalty and she said no, you only pay for the time you've been with them, next thing i  got the bill for $ 670  dollar from employer insurance co.. I talked to her (Dawn), and she said I never told you that she lie, then after 2 months she was no longer with Brown and Brown and after that I talked to somebody named Andy and he told me there was nothing he could do for me. He said you should read the policy and the policy is about 45 pages. but if she told me ( i meand Dawn) you need to reed the policy  or call insurance my self I probably would have done that but she told me there was no penalty and no fee so I just went by what she said because she works for Brown and Brown insurance
