I spoke a lady with the licensing department. I was trying to get my license transferred to Texas because I have moved. She was VERY rude and dismissive. When I said thank you she said "welcome" and hung up. As if I didn't have another question... which I did. Not surprised this organization is always quick to get off the phone and not be helpful.
