ATTENTION!! : NEVER USE MARK BROWN! .... I hate to be this rude to a local company. But Mark is very unprofessional. Often he did not make changes to my policy. He will say anything to get you off the phone and has no follow up. Example: In March of 17 we cancelled our policy with him. He never notified the Insurance Company and next thing I know we are getting collections letters. Since we have switched our P&L insurance I've never had a problem. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else.
