Incompetent, rude staff. I work past their office hours and placed a money order for my insurance payment in their after hours drop off slot. A few days ago, I get an email stating that my insurance policy was cancelled due to lack of payment. When I called Moon and Adrion, the lady on the phone was hateful, saying, "Well, the money order must have got misplaced, I don't know what to tell ya, try paying with a credit card next time," no apology or anything. I have been a loyal customer for almost 3 years, but I will be taking my business elsewhere and alerting everyone of these practices.

Hands down reliable, trustworthy , and honest people. Brian Canter has taken care of me and my family for over 30 years. He not only follows claims through to the end but has fatherly advice along the way. You can't go wrong by choosing this company for your insurance needs.

The worst company I have dealt with, it's been 3 weeks since one of their insured motorist hit my car they have not fixed it or done anything. They have not contacted me, I had to call them for a week before I got a return call and literally have had to do everything for them, get them the police report and send it to them, call their adjuster to come look at my car and now have to continue to call them to get them to pay to have my car fixed and it's been a week since the adjuster was out and still no one has called me.
