Dr's at the clinic have been treating my family for the past couple of years. We have always had the best of care! Would recommend.

Hands down, the best care I've ever received. Every single worker there was nothing but kind. For once, I actually felt like a medical office cared about me. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone who has struggled with rude doctors in the past. This is a place that truly wants to see you get better. They helped us apply for health insurance and got us in for an appointment the same day. They are absolutely incredible! I wont ever go anywhere else.

I was hung up on twice by two different nurses both were trying to talk while I was talking had a emergency had been out of a medication for a week was told the doctor wasn't in and it would take up to 24 to 48 hours for them to review my case for a medication that I was on a taper for. I would not recommended this clinic to a dog there's nothing working there mostly but a bunch of rude Mexicans I'm not prejudice by far but this clinic sucks ass

Worst clinic I've in michigan, the worst and the most disrespectful and rude employees there. I was their customer I became their customer as a refugee, and I had to active my health insurance after the 8 months, and they asked me to make interview with Katrina after I made the interview and filled the application, she told me to bring my bank statement, and that she will call me and after I did what she asked me for. I didn't receive any phone call. when I went to the doctor and told them about my issue thry told me to make appointment with Katrina again. and theu didnt allow me to see the doctor again while I was in need to her till I make the interview with Katrina again since I made it befoer. and they transferred me to Katrina and when I asked her why do I have to make another appointment with you, she said cause I told you that you have to call the number I gave you and to bring a bank statement and you didn't do. while I did bring tje bank statement and I gave it to Karmen to give it to her,and she didnt ask me to call any thing she just asked me for a bank statement and I gave it to Karmen the ' front desk' after all this she talked to me in direspectfull way, she was very rude to me. after that she hang out the phone on me. and I asked them if I can meet with another person. they told me to go to the DHS to fill an application. above all this when I saw the doctor she wrote a 3 prescriptionsfor me while I received just 1 and when I called the nurse, she told me that you can get the others but thry will charge you. " since I used to get it for free, since my insurance was not activated" and the forced me to see Katrina again to active my insurance so I will be able to buy my other medications, while it was very important medications. I told them I don't want to meet with someone like her cause she is very disrespectful and mean person. and I cant afford to pay for the madison and I'm in need to it and I bought the previous for free with the same prescription. they didn't allow me. I'm anyone wants to go there, to go to another health center. because here they are very disrespectful and rude agencies and customer service and they dont have feeling upon their patients, neither a mercy. I won't ever step to there again.

Dr.Briana Bender of the Browning Claytor Health Center in Grand Rapids, Michigan is the most incompetent general practitioner that I or my husband have ever had the displeasure of seeing. Refuses to write me a prescription for Copaxone even though I am unable to see a Neurologist until December 11th (they are all booked on my side of the state). Told me GP's couldnt prescribe Copaxone. Shared Solutions tells me they can but it depends on the doctor.I told her of all the side effects and she still refused to prescribe even for the 1-2 months that would have gotten me from my prescription ending on 10/31 to my 12/11 Neuro appointment. In addition she has a NASTY habit of sticking needles willy nilly (no pain medications or anything soothing for the digit) into my husband's giant cell tumor of the tendon sheath - possibly seeding the surrounding area with additional tumors. Avoid Dr. Briana Bender and the Browning Claytor Health Center like the plague. Actually, having the plague would probably be better than setting foot in this place. Seeing Dr. Spaceman from 30 Rock would be better than seeing Dr. Bender. By a LARGE margin!
