At Grand Rapids Natural Health we are committed to optimizing the health and well-being of our clients and the great Grand Rapids Community. We have created a collaborative and integrative team of practitioners who inspire their clients to restore all areas of wellness; physical, mental, emotional and spiritual. Our team focuses on the whole person with an individualized approach, using the most natural methods possible. Our mission is to provide all the tools our clients need to restore health and sustain those changes for a lifetime. Services include naturopathic care, integrative medical services including integrative cardiology, health coaching, counseling, small group or individual yoga sessions, acupuncture, massage, cranial sacral therapy, energy therapy, LED light therapy, and organic skin care.

My experience with Audrey Byker (GR Nat Health) has been nothing less than life changing. When I signed up, I wanted to learn how to eat healthier. No less or more. However, through coaching, I have changed patterns and habits that I have never given a second thought. Grocery shopping is a great example. I had really not thought about or changed how I grocery shopped since I started living on my own. I now look at food, and its benefits, in a whole new light. But most important, I view my person and my progress through the lens of someone who is worthy of great things and deserves only the best, whether that is great food that nourishes or experiences that feed the soul. Thank you for all that you do Audrey!

I didn't know what I needed til I walked into Grand Rapids Natural Health, and met Audrey Byker, Health Coach. I just knew the life I had wasn't working... not my health, nor relationships, nor career, nor anything. She literally opened my blind eyes to a world I never dreamed possible. Once I committed to a six month working relationship with her, I quickly saw... she' wasn't about quick fixes and band-aids to symptoms, just so I could feel better "right now". She connected to me at the soul, and worked underneath my destructive patterns, asking the tough questions, and redirecting my bad choices so I could understand and take responsibility for life decisions I had been making. She helped me stop blaming people and circumstances for the poor health I was in. Her magical way pointed me toward my goals. She peeled back emotional layers and walls I had built, and taught me to look inward as a resource for how I'd been living outward, and then gently walked me through some simple shifts I could make for a new life. She lovingly coached with a beautiful mixture of holding my hand as a kind guide while I weeded through my past looking for patterns that weren't serving me, as well as gave me the gentle/swift kick I needed to be responsible to create something new. I don't need medicine and endless doctor visits where drugs seem to be the only anecdote. I need to choose my food and exercise and sleep and friends well. That's where cellular level healing resides. Audrey Byker, Health Coach changed my life. Her "I will walk alongside you and be there cheering when the light comes on" style could literally change the course of the medical profession. She will put doctors out of work. Audrey did all this for me. I owe my joy and happiness to her. Not kidding.
