The worst Dr's office I have EVER been to. The staff is nothing short of incompetent. It sends shivers down my spine to think that the individuals in the office are handling sensitive medical information on a daily basis. Mary in the adult internal medicine office did everything short of laughing at me when I called, asking for help with a billing issue. I said "So you are going to do NOTHING to help me with my issue?" She actually responded with "No. I am not." When I called back to talk with her, she wouldn't take my call and diverted the issue to her co-worker, Alicia. Although by comparison Alicia was a little better at her job than Mary, Mary had set the bar quite low- Alicia was only marginally better at blowing me off. In the end, they pinned their mistake on me and had zero tact in doing so. The office should look into modifying their hiring process if this is the best they can find. I would STRONGLY suggest finding another medical provider before you look into this one.

On hold for over 20 minutes for the vision department. Still on hold and was on hold for 29mins before someone answered and was first caller in cue for 29mins!!! Wow

If I could give this place no stars.... its virtually impossible to schedule preliminary or even first appointment with new physician. Or thereafter. They are always overbooked, takes over a month just to get a single checkup or just to see doctor again. I never had this issue at any other Clinic or facility. Experienced communication issues with first doctor. And phone line is always fubbled... takes forever just to reach right dept. to even schedule an appointment. Have since happily switched providers.

Cherry Street heart of the city sucks. I was involved with counselling department and I just got dumped again.when you suffer from depression and anxiety it is heartbreakingThe councelling department gossips about you nothing is kept secret everybody knows your business and you can't depend on any of them. I don't like dbt because you have to be a genius to understand it. Thank god for my shrink. I called him and he doubled my anxiety medication. He thinks I should continue counselling but maybe I will but not at heart of the city. Heart of the city cannot be trusted I promised to be safe until Tuesday but after that the balls in my. Court. Nobody really cares about me anyway. I'm feel very calm writing this and finally telling the truth about heart of the city. I do however have evil thoughts and I'm in a dangerous place. I have racing thoughts and much confusion but it coming clearer now. All this stress has sent me to the er. Maybe I really am physically sick. Nobody ever believes me anyway. Left the er without getting treated . I'm am used to getting ignored.I may bleed out but thats ok

Horribly Place. Each time I call to setup an appointment I'm on hold for over 30 minutes before an operator comes on the phone. My child had an eye exam and NEVER received her glasses but her insurance was charged as if she received the eye wear which we still haven't been able to receive til this day and its been over a month.
