Very professional and understanding. A move can be very stressful, especially when all your items are being boxed up and moved. Cody, Ivan, Al and Dave were great, very respectful and took the utmost care with our personal belongings. We haven't received our items yet, but I do not doubt that they will arrive in good condition with everything there. Mr. Brown you sent out a great crew, thanks!

If you are going to move. DO NOT go with this company. I repeat anything you do DO NOT GO WITH THEM nor Mayflower.  If you must, you will better off carrying stuff on your back to another state. They are liars, everyone tells you a different thing. They do not insurance anything even though they say they do. Also the people are rude they curse at you, yell at you and humiliate you.  They are rough with your stuff. Lazy workers. Have two people and only one loading the truck and unloading. They say one price then they charge you another. They tell you they take one form of payment then they don't.  They say a delivery date they come early and because you aren't ready they want to charge you holding fees. Just for waiting a couple of hours. PLEASE FOR THE LOVE OF EVERYTHING GOOD. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST

In top of all that they left my computer in the truck, and when they return it it was broken.  They return it via USPS, so now its an ordeal of whose fault it was.... I'm pretty sure it was them since a lot of things were smash and broken from mishandling.
