The twin girls at the counter were friendly and courteous (they're not really twins or even sisters but you'd swear they were if you ever saw them together). Prices for trailer rental and supplies seemed reasonable. Wish I had known there is an app for checking your rental back in after hours. What more can you say, it's U-Haul...

Easy, efficient, not too bad if you don't have certain equipment, we rented a trailer, towed great, did the job, didn't break the bank

Expensive long wait and had to locate the truck on one of 3 lots.   Now the lady that checked me was great she us the reason I gave 3 stars.

Nice and polite staff, only 2-3 people can be taken care of at a time though. But it is usually quick to get in and out AMAZING PRICES And overall reasonable deals I will look forward to my next rental of a vehicle from this fine establishment
