When my debit card declined because of transaction limit, the folks at U-Pack were calm, letting me know I just needed to call my bank, "it happens all the time. Just call us back once you're all set."
They were great at setting a delivery appointment that fit my schedule.
The delivery driver was on time and in great spirits. He welcomed me to town, gave me tips for driving in the snow, and made some suggestions about upcoming events.

Final pickup of the empty container was scheduled in under a minute. Didn't even have to be home for it.

If I ever have to move again, I will absolutely use U-Pack again. And I will definitely recommend them to everybody I know.

The whole moving process with ABF was great.  From the friendly gentleman who dropped off the containers in NY to the guys running the freight yard in LA.  The company was very communicative with me via phone and email throughout the process, and were very lenient with understanding changes as they came up.  I highly recommend using ABF U-Pack for large cross country moves.!!
