I recently ordered an arrangement for a funeral based on the description and appearance on their website. Both my wife and I agreed on the arrangement, which we upgraded to "deluxe." 

We were very disappointed when we saw the arrangement that was delivered. Although the color scheme was correct, the arrangement itself was "lacking" in comparison to the online representation. It appeared much smaller and less full.

Granted, online appearances and representation can be deceiving, but in this case, it was very evident. We won't be using Broyles in the future.

This place has always been rude, terrible customer service and clearly owned by someone independently wealthy who could care less if you purchase their floral arrangements.  AND gawd forbid you even THINK to park in their 3 space parking lot.

The older lady at the counter turned away our business. Apparently she was too busy to take on our event, and was very rude about it.

As a Johnson City native who now lives in a different state from Mom and Dad, I was pleased to find I could provide business to local retail remotely.  I ordered flowers to be delivered to Mom for Mother's Day.  The ordering process online went smoothly and the delivery was a success.  The "better" bouquet looks full and beautiful, and Mom was pleasantly surprised!   Highly recommend!

Ordered arrangement for funeral service online. Arrangement delivered was not the arrangement ordered per online photo. The actual arrangement of the flowers did not look like the photo online (which I loved). Disappointed upon arrival for service.  Quality of the flowers and fast delivery was appreciated, just not pleased with the arrangement verses the online photo.
