The people working their front desk are very rude and act like they have much better things to do. I felt so belittled and disrespected. I will not be returning here again. The whole time I was just mad mostly because of the main receptionist with the short blonde hair. I'd put her name but I'm not as rude as her.

I would never recommend going here after my experience going here. 1. The receptionist is incompetent and rude. 2. The way they schedule things is asinine. They are unwilling to accommodate with people who have FULL TIME JOBS. The schedule from noon on. So you must take a noon appointment no matter what because they don't know how many people will come. Never heard such a thing. If you want an 8am appointment, good luck, you won't get it most likely. 3. The doctor and audiologist are very nice but still wouldn't recommend going.
