The secretary/medical assistants in the Bethlehem building are the nastiest most rude people I have experienced in a health center. I have been sitting here for over an hour watching how disrespectful and unnecessarily rude they have been to their customers. Very disappointed.

Office failed to communicate expiration of referral.  Front desk rep. says office should not see patients without referral, hands off call to billing department.  Billing personnel unprofessional, uneducated in customer communication and generally rude laying the phone down and saying "oooooh this is going to be a bad one" among other equally low class and ridiculous antics.  Requested a conversation with department leader; was dumped into voicemail.
