I've gone to this location a few times for breakfast. I find that the employees are friendly and the service is pretty quick. 
Today I ordered a turkey sausage, egg and provolone cheese sandwich. It was on a rosemary olive oil bagel and I also added cucumber dill cream cheese to it. Because you order your food at one end of the counter then go down to the other end of the counter to pay, you don't get to watch the person make your sandwich. When I got home the sandwich had everything I requested but also had additional sliced meat I did not request. The sandwich tastes fine with this additional meat which I believe is turkey but obviously this could have been an issue for someone with allergies or a preference not to eat certain meats. I've also had the issue where I pay extra for something and get home and find that it is missing. 
So in short, I would recommend eating here but I would also suggest you watch the person make your order to ensure it is accurate.

Bruegger's has the best bagels in the city and at the three locations I've been to they have great service as well.

Service was fine but portions are small for the price. Tuna fish on a bagel had about the same amount of tuna I spill when making one at home. Sure do miss the old bagel places where you received a lot for your money.
