This place REALLY surprised me with their attentiveness to a catering order. They did their best to insure we had a successful meeting and we did! Normally this is a good place to visit anyway but the catering order just put it over the top. They were very professional and showed a lot of attention to detail. Excellent!!

First I eat at Panera all the time, but this was my first visit and last to this particular location. I should have known there would be an issue as the cashier was playing on her phone when I walked in, then distracted by the bagel cutter (she turned and told the worker... that machine sounds scary). Anyway, I ordered my food and the amount seemed wrong, but I let it go. The next morning when I examined my other receipts for the same meal it turned out she overcharged me. I immediately call the store and the manager agreed it did seem wrong. I told her I don't live on that side of town, but would stop by. I get there and she figures out the cashier did not ring my order as a Pick 2, instead as 2 orders. Then the manager says.... Sorry you drove all the way for nothing. That statement honestly upset me- as I turned to leave I said me too. Then right before I walk out the door the manager ask do I want a cookie and I told her no. I guess my issue is the managers initial response, and although she attempted to do something it was too late as it was a reaction to my comment as I'm literally walking out the door.

Indoor and outdoor seating. Lots of menu options. Reasonable pricing. And free wifi. A great place for groups to meet.

Great atmosphere. Quality food. Good place to sit and chat with others. Nice to eat alone and work, read or study. Clean. We enjoy this Panera!

They were having computer issues that were relaying the orders wrong randomly. The staff was excellent but management having to remake orders and stating there is a problem with the software that they knew of management should have put a directive on of verbal or mannual communication to assure accuracy. Both orders of my friend and I needed to be corrected after being made. That was also wasteful and costing the biz unnecessary loss.
